Pricing questions, answered
Do higher plans unlock more features?
No. Every plan, including Free, gets the full Galactic Orders feature set: order sync, warehouse routing, carrier labels, tracking push-back, roles & permissions, and live chat support. Paid brackets differ only on volume: orders per month, products, and users.
How does the free trial work?
Every new account gets a 30-day free trial and can use any paid plan during it. If you don't pick a plan by the end of the trial, your account simply moves to the Free plan.
What happens if I go over my monthly orders?
Nothing breaks and there are no surprise overage fees. As you approach your bracket's limit, Galactic Orders prompts you to move up to the next bracket.
Is shipping postage included?
No. Plan pricing covers the Galactic Orders software. The postage for labels you print through USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL is billed at carrier rates and is not part of your subscription.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. You can move between brackets as your volume changes, and cancel anytime. Plans are billed monthly with no long-term contract.
